Petra and Robert… what a wonderful couple, we were on the same wavelength the moment we met. We started with preparations quite early on, 18 months before the wedding, which isn’t that usual. Yet when you take into account that they live in Holland, it then turned out to be a good decision. The engaged couple envisioned a delicate, romantic wedding in pastel colors in a palace/castle setting.
First, we started looking for the location. The choice turned out to be at the Manor Dlouhá Lhota, it has a beautiful garden and is the most romantic place for a ceremony that I know of. On a little hillock, with a view of the castle and the park with a chapel.
Péťa is a stunning woman with a fantastic figure. She could, therefore, pull off a transparent tulle dress, sown with lace from Pronovias. For later some shorter dress, again with a lace top. Robert chose a suit, very befitting, which he complemented with some interesting brown moccasins.
The bride was getting prepared with the bridesmaids in the wedding apartment, a great mood among them and the ladies really enjoyed it. Prosecco wasn’t lacking, along with something to eat. The bridesmaids had perfectly matching dresses in powdery colors.
The wedding ceremony took place on the hillock in the park with an amazing view. A stunning summer day, the weather was perfect and a romantic atmosphere, just as Petra and Robert had wished for. We enjoyed the bride’s arrival very much, as did she, because she had a longer, meandering path from the castle to the where the ceremony was taking place. We decorated the ceremony with a wedding gate, adorned with floral arrangements in the wedding colors, which we placed in solid iron vases.
Refreshments were served after the ceremony and we made some balloon wishes so that Petra and Robert could focus on portraits. The guests were happy that they were taken care of and they enjoyed the beautiful day. We couldn’t get a portrait of all of us together.

After the cocktails, there was a banquet in the wedding tent. We chose a combination of round and rectangular tables, they were decorated with round arrangements in the wedding colors.
Then we opened up the dance floor with the first dance. Conveniently we chose a place right next to the tent, where the guests could dance in the sunset. Then we had ourselves a party with some refreshments, the guests had great fun late into the night. We didn’t forget traditions either – we threw the bouquet and played some games.
Petra and Robert, I wish to thank you for working on this together. Take care of one another and your love, because it’s a rarity nowadays, but you deserve it.
I would love to shout out into the world what a fantastic experience we had with the team at Boutique wedding! All of the preparations took place abroad, where I and my husband both live. We used Skype, E-mail and had an occasional meeting in Prague. Světlana and Klára recommended us all the suppliers they have tried and tested with their longtime experience.
